Prices

At TMBYN ApS, all prices are in Danish Kroner (DKK) and include VAT and taxes. We reserve the right to change prices daily without prior notice. We also reserve the right for sold-out items.

Payment

TMBYN ApS accepts payments via VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, and Mastercard. The payment will only be withdrawn from your account when the item is shipped. All amounts are in DKK and include VAT. We reserve the right for pricing errors and sold-out/discontinued items.

Delivery

Orders placed before 5:00 PM will generally be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following business day.
We ship throughout Denmark. Shipping costs start at 35 DKK. Items will be delivered to the address specified at checkout.

  • We do not deliver abroad, to the Faroe Islands, or Greenland.
  • Your package will be delivered by GLS.

Note: If the designated delivery point is full, the package will be moved to the nearest collection point, and you will be notified. For issues, contact customer service.
Deliveries are made on all business days. Your items will arrive 1–3 business days after placing the order.
For certain items, specific delivery terms apply, which will be stated prior to purchase.

Warranty

A 2-year warranty is provided in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. The warranty covers manufacturing and material defects. You may have the product repaired, replaced, refunded, or receive a price reduction, depending on the situation. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper handling of the product or service. You must claim the defect within a "reasonable time" after discovering it. TMBYN ApS will cover return shipping costs to a reasonable extent.

Refunds

For refunds, please include bank account details (registration and account number) so the agreed amount can be transferred. These details are not sensitive information and will only be used for the purpose of processing the refund.

Right of Withdrawal

You have a 14-day full return policy for items purchased through our webshop.
The withdrawal period starts on the day:

  • You receive the order.
  • You receive the last item in a multiple-item order.
  • You receive the last part of a split delivery.
  • You receive the first item in regular deliveries of goods over a specific period.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Notice of withdrawal must be sent to us within 14 days of purchase. After notifying us, you have an additional 14 days to return the shipment. Notify us via email at info@tambayan.dk. Clearly state your intention to use the right of withdrawal.

Note: Simply refusing delivery of the item is not considered sufficient withdrawal notice.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Custom-made items or items with a distinct personal touch.
  • Sealed goods that cannot be returned due to health or hygiene reasons if the seal is broken.
  • Items that are irreversibly mixed with others.
  • Unsealed products.
  • Services that are fully delivered with prior consent and acknowledgment that withdrawal is no longer possible after completion.
  • Digital content not delivered on a physical medium, once execution has started with prior consent.
  • Newspapers, periodicals, or magazines, except for subscriptions.
  • Items purchased via public auctions.
  • Items that deteriorate or expire quickly.

Returns

Items must be returned without undue delay, no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of return shipping. Ensure the item is properly packaged, and include a copy of the order confirmation. Processing will be faster if you also include a completed Return Form. You are responsible for the item until it is returned to us.

Condition of Returned Items
You are liable for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and function of the item. If the item is used beyond this, a partial refund or no refund may be given, depending on the commercial value upon return. To receive a full refund, the item must be tried only as it would be in a physical store.

Refund Process

If you cancel your purchase, the amount you paid will be refunded. If there is a loss of value due to your actions, this amount will be deducted from the refund.
Refunds, including standard delivery costs (excluding additional costs for non-standard delivery methods chosen by you), will be made without undue delay, no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice. Refunds will use the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. Refunds may be withheld until we receive the item or proof of return.

Store Pickup

Items reserved online can be picked up in-store. The same terms as in-store purchases apply.

To complete your purchase on our website, we collect the following information:
